Call for scores for female Latin American composers under the age of 45, residing in Latin America, France, Switzerland or Germany.

The work presented with an approximate duration between 3 and 5 minutes, shall be written for the "Piano Latino" collective from Strasbourg (Anna Paolina Hasslacher, Pablo Canales, Fábio Godoi - piano) and the artist invited especially for this occasion, the Chilean pianist Marcela Lillo.

The work, written in memory of the Mexican composer Julián Carrillo for his 150th birthday, must be unpublished and composed for microtonal piano solo in 16th tones (which will possibly be performed on a SAUTER piano), or piano in 4ths or 8ths tones, (which will be performed on a microtonal keyboard).
The jury consists of: Annette Schlünz (France/Germany), composer; Melissa Vargas (Colombia), composer; Marcela Lillo Tastets (Chile), pianist.
Three works will be selected and will be created in concert by Marcela Lillo and the "Piano Latino" collective, as part of the "Trinational MicroFest at "Quai de Scène" Strasbourg, France.

"Trinational MicroFest" and "Piano Latino" are committed to producing a professional video of the three selected works, which will also be broadcasted online during the MicroFest festival.
Also, the organization “Présences Compositrices” (Paris), dedicated to women composers, will write an article on women composers in their MAG.
The three composers whose works will be selected will be included on the Piano Latino platforms (catalog of the Latin American piano repertoire), as well as on the “Ask Clara” database of “Présence Compositrices”.

The scores should be sent digitally and anonymously with a pseudonym, accompanied by a biography to the Ensemble Vertebrae Association, France:
